We encourage you to fully commit to the program to experience the benefits of Satvic food.
Additionally, you will need to have measuring cups and spoons for accurate ingredient measurements. If you don't have them, you can purchase them from our website at https://satvicmovement.org/products/the-kitchen-kit or through Amazon.
While the sessions are pre-recorded, our team and other participants will still be available to answer any questions and provide support through our Facebook group.
We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
About the Hosts

Subah Saraf
Subah is an acclaimed health educator, published author and co-founder of the health education platform 'Satvic Movement'. Subah's journey into health began after she healed her own chronic diseases (thyroid imbalance, PCOD, major hairfall and acne) by following natural healing principles. At the young age of 17, she decided to devote her life to the purpose of uplifting people's health. She learnt the science of nature cure under the guidance of multiple Indian masters. She is also a certified health educator from the Hippocrates Health Institute, Florida. Subah's goal is to share this intricate healing knowledge with as many people as possible, so that we can move closer to a disease-free world.

Mini Gupta
Mini is a satvic culinary educator who has dedicated her life to sharing the transformative power of satvic cuisine. Trained in the art of raw food preparation in Ubud, Bali, and having volunteered at a farm-to-kitchen cafe in Auroville, Mini brings a wealth of experience to her craft. She has hosted multiple online and offline satvic food workshops, positively impacting the lives of thousands of individuals. Mini has also developed multiple recipes for the renowned Satvic Food Books. Driven by her genuine desire to bring about profound transformation, Mini envisions a world where individuals can live medicine-free lives.

Rajat Jadon
Rajat Jadon is a certified Satvic educator and an early riser. He has successfully hosted workshops for over 15,000 people! With his unique teaching style and youthful approach, Rajat has transformed boring classroom-style lectures into invigorating sessions that participants eagerly look forward to. Throughout these 7 days, Rajat will ensure that you never have a dull moment. As a core member of the Satvic Movement, Rajat is also a filmmaker, editor, and creative director. He leads one of Satvic Movement's renowned workshops - the 5 AM Challenge. Today, Rajat embarks on a journey to create a Satvic world, and the 7-day Satvic Food Challenge is the first step in that direction.
